Absent Vote Identifier Collection

Legislative changes now require the Electoral Registration Officer to collect signatures and dates of birth from all postal and proxy voters - letters will be issued to relevant electors on 18th March 2008, electors failing to supply the required details will be removed from the absent voter list.
