With the UK Parliamentary Election set for the 4th July all deadlines for postal, proxy for Free Voter ID have passed now.

If an emergency has arisen for one of the following reasons then you maybe entitled to an emergency proxy.

• You have a medical emergency
• You are away from work
• Your photo ID is lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged.

• If you can't download or print a form, you can request one using our online form. - Note that it is now too late to post out a form in time for it to be returned before the deadline for the upcoming UK Parliamentary Election
