Friday 3 March 2023, to be held as a Hybrid meeting both in the Tom Johnston Chamber, East Dunbartonshire Council Offices, 12 Strathkelvin Place, Kirkintiloch, Glasgow G66 1XT and by MS Teams Video Conference at 11.00 a.m.
