Office Closure – 24th January 2025
Due to the Red weather warning issued by the MET office which covers our office locations, and the subsequent advice from Police Scotland that the public should not travel in, or in to the affected area, the Joint Board's properties will be closed to staff and the public on 24th January 2025. Our services continue to be delivered and you can contact us by telephone or email as normal.
Closure Arrangements – Christmas / New Year Holiday
Our offices will close on 24th December, and will reopen at 9am on Friday 3rd January 2025.

We will shortly be carrying out the audit of Self Catering Properties for the financial year 2023/24. We will write out to all persons who are required to provide information. The information can be returned using our online form.

ANNUAL CANVASS 2024
Every year we conduct an annual canvass of all properties with Argyll & Bute, East Dunbartonshire and West Dunbartonshire Council areas. We will contact you and depending on your particular circumstances. You may require to respond and update your registration status. This will take place during the period from 12 August to 30 November 2024.

If you do not register a member of our staff may call at your property. They will have identification with them.
