THE REGISTER OF ELECTORS DOOR TO DOOR CANVASS
Electoral Registration Forms were posted to every residential property in Argyll & Bute, East Dunbartonshire and West Dunbartonshire during the months of July and August.
These forms required a response from either the householder or individual residents.
During the months of September and October canvassers will be visiting properties to collect forms from those households and individuals who have not yet made a return.
IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A FORM AND NOT MADE A RETURN YOU ARE LIKELY TO RECEIVE A VISIT FROM ONE OF OUR CANVASSERS.
IN THE MEANTIME, YOU CAN STILL RESPOND BY USING INTERNET, FREEPHONE AND MOBILE PHONE TEXT MESSAGE TO CONFIRM OR UPDATE YOUR ELECTORAL ROLL DETAILS.
Alternatively the forms can be returned by POST in the pre-paid envelope provided.

ELECTORAL REGISTRATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
Along with all adults in the household, you should also add to the form those who will be aged 15 years or older by 30 November 2019.
This is so that they are included in the register when they become old enough to vote.
It’s important to provide the information requested; if you don’t you could be fined £1,000.
