Due to limited access to our systems unfortunately we are unable to update the valuation roll at this time, please be assured that this will be attended to as soon as we are in the position to do so.
If you have a case cited for a Valuation Appeal Committee the Valuation Appeal Panel have taken the decision to cancel all Committees until the end of June 2020. You can progress your appeal via email to [email protected] , however if this is not possible it will be continued to a date to be confirmed by the Secretary to the Panel in due course.
If you have lodged a non-domestic rating appeal through the SAA portal www.saa.gov.uk you will receive an automatic acknowledgment to indicate the appeal has been received. A formal acknowledgement will be issued as soon as practically possible.
If you have lodged a proposal to alter your domestic property’s council tax band through the SAA portal www.saa.gov.uk you will receive an automatic acknowledgment to indicate the proposal has been received. A formal acknowledgment will be issued as soon as practically possible however may be delayed until our office has re-opened.
If you have a new domestic property which requires to be added to the Council Tax List this can only be added once the office has re-opened, please make financial provision for the receipt of a backdated bill.
