General Information

Glasgow City Assessor currently maintains a list of over 300,000 domestic properties with their respective Valuation Bands.

Detailed statistics on the numbers of properties and distribution of Bands can be found within the SAA Home Page area.

All domestic properties are placed within Bands A to H depending on their open market value in April 1991.

A number of valuation assumptions are also adopted when arriving at a Valuation Band.
