If you cannot download a form you can request one to be sent out to you by completing the attached online form.

Remember it is now too late to apply for a postal vote or for a proxy to vote by post for this years Local Government Election. You can apply for a proxy vote as long as the application is completed and returned to our office no later than 5pm on Tuesday 26th April 2022.

Forms can be posted, hand delivered to our office in Stirling or sent electronically to our [email protected] mailbox. Remember scanned images/photos must be clear and legible.
